Marketing Program Manager (Marketing Operations)
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Program Manager (Marketing Operations) with excellent planning & organization, stakeholder management and communication skills to join the Global Performance Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will closely work with the Global CRM team, lead cross-functional programs and act as a liaison to partner teams to drive organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibilities will include
Project manage foundational, highly cross-functional initiatives across teams and audiences. From defining meeting cadences and managing stakeholder communications to progress tracking and reporting, you’ll be a fundamental part of keeping the team on track and achieving organizational goals in a timely manner.
Support the creation, implementation and rollout of a central Center of Excellence for the Performance Marketing organization, a central hub for all teams, to drive organizational effectiveness.
Partner with CRM leads to consolidate key updates, highlights and insights in a monthly newsletter to share progress with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
Collaborate with partner teams (Marketing Legal, Localization, Brand Creative) on key initiatives, process and escalations on behalf of CRM.
Support the optimization of existing org-wide central project tracking tools and processes, including measuring and driving adoption across CRM.
